What data do I collect and why?

I collect, store and use your personal data in order to issue a quote, provide a translation or editing service that you request or to comply with legal requirements. Personal data collected may include your name, postal address, email address, phone number, ID or tax number etc.

You directly provide most of the data I collect. Certain information will also automatically be collected through cookies when you use or view my website.

For quotes, I delete all personal data after six months.

For services provided, I will keep your personal data for five years in accordance with tax obligations.

Email communications will be deleted after five years.

Any data I keep will be stored in my own non-networked PC, which is password protected.

Who else receives your personal data?

If I send a text to a colleague for revision or editing it will be anonymised so that your personal data does not appear in it.

What are your data protection rights?

You can contact me at any time to request a copy, rectification or erasure of your personal data.
